They say our intentions are what we should be judged on.

Still, I couldn't help chuckling.

Intentions? If that were so that baboon, Madonna, would be demanding sainthood. Actions are all that matter.

Leitmov you need to help the mods of this newly opened board by trying to voice your feelings in ways that are not provocative... Name calling, etc... that is only going to cause issues... think.

Take it easy, BC, calling Madonna a baboon is upgrading her---and, frankly, I am certain she doesn't hang around flight sim forums. Go easy on the "Big Brother," this isn't the 1960 USSR.

I understand though I disagree.. but do you see where someone might think that yuou were referring to President Bush... and then the banter... ? I'm just saying...

Look guys... mods cant do everything... and I cant speak for anyone else... but I cant look at every thread and handle every complaint I get.. so the best thing is for those who post to thihnk before they post.... As I said in another thread... I will not be weighing the options and issuing warnings etc.... This new lounge will bring out the best and worse of this place... and for the worse... there will be consequences... I just dont want to see things get out of hand... no big brother... Just help make our job easier.

To borrow from Richard Nixon, I want to make this "perfectly clear": I am not ridiculing President Bush---only Madonna---and, in the original posting, I am ridiculing my fellow '60's people who really thought music could change the world.

Well, the hippies and the 60'ies did change the world back then. I guess it's a power trip that's hard to let go.

We didn't change the world, but we sure convinced ourselves we had; hence, years of recalibrations in our thinking.
