Greeting to all.

It is the pleasure of sightseeing while in flight that strikes the honor and realism of any aerial simulation. In other words, if a greater variety of clouds and an actual weather system http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif be included in the new combat simulation from Oleg, it would take the game to a new level.

Imagine flying in beautifully clear skies in the morning, and then by noon witnessing the formation of puffy white clouds of great shape and sizes. Then by mid afternoon getting caught in a stray thunderstorm with its great rising clouds and dark horizon rooling over the plane, shakking it vigorously...great waves of downpours...Now that would be unreal. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Greetings,

Yes a dynamic weather system to go with a 'true' dynamic air war would be pretty cool.
Lets look at this; EF2K had 'wargen', which was a very dynamic campaign; FS2K had 'real world weather' , which would change from region to region based on real world data.

<dream>
BoB will have a truely dynamic campaign, and real world weather!
</code>

Its possible...../i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif

Much larger clouds, with extra turbulence Yes!

Real overcast would be a nice thing to see also.

Since the next sim will be set in Britain, I reckon the weather will have to be improved. England ain't exactly known for it's stable and sunny weather if you know what I mean /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience.

Dynamic and accurate weather is what's been missing from flight simulation from day one. I want thunderstorms w/ violent up and down drafts that make the varrometer useful for more than landing. I want Air pockets and Turbulence, thermals, and cross-winds. And although I doubt this will be possible; I want accurate Hurricanes, Typhoons, Tempests, Tornado's, and I don't mean British planes!

Oh yeah baby, you got the spirit. Tornadoes intense lighting storm, 100 mile and hour cross winds. OH that's heaven.

No smoking in the cockpit. You never know who may be watching that lightned bud at 2000 meters.

Okay, some more diverse weather would be okay but, right now, it is allready hard to hit something /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif

Of course, not for the 'real' aces /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif
