maybe im misinformed, but doesn't that mean the only way to block it is to parry? and if you parry it looks and sounds different than a normal block, im seeing people actually just block regularly some of my unblockable attacks. how does this happen?

The only way to counter an unblockable is to parry, dodge, or guard break during startup. I recommend the first two. Parry is not a block.

right, im with you there. but what im seeing is people are actually blocking my unblockable attacks. maybe its a passive feat or perk im not aware of on a certain hero that I don't play with which is why im asking. its not every time I throw one, and only happens maybe 2 or 3 times a match. but that's enough to make me wonder.

Is it a Kensei superior block on a dodge? Not sure if that works on unblockables.
