So i just bought The Crew 2 on the realse date in Denmark. I bought it through Ubisoft.

I enter the game, start a new game, and play the "tutorial" (where you try a street race, boat race and airplane race) kind of thing in the beginning, after i picked my character.

Just as i finish this "tutorial" witch is mandatory to do, i get the message: You have been disconnected from The Crew 2 Servers. Please contact customer support with the exact following error code for further troubleshootning: 3_27ec6971_10

I have tried the following:
- Restarted my pc
- Verified game files and then restarting again

Have anyone met this problem or do anyone have suggestions for what i can do? Its really frustrating that i cant get started playing the game.....

Hi! I had the exact same problem as you.


Then i tried closing Logitech Game Profiler and gave it another shot.


That worked for me, so it seems to be an issue with Logitech Game Profiler and Ubisoft

Turned off all my programs did not work

I also tried closing almost everything, and nothing seems to work.... super frustrating..

I played the Beta with no problems at all. So for me it seems to be some sort of problem with the full game.

It seems to be caused by BattleEye, they just added it in for "full" release.

Tried running in windowed. Worked for like 4 races, now it happens again. So now im actually through the intro, but now it just randomly happens after i finish races...

After each race I drive I get disconnected when I get to the goal. I'm getting a box where its say that i have been disconnected and a error code when i press okey the game logged me out every time

What to do?

hello there.
I have the same issue. I saw some people saying it was because of msiafterburn and/or rivaturner, guess what? I dont have any of those applications installed in my pc.
I dont have either problem with ISP. Its everything working fine, but I keep getting kicked after the tutorial races.
Please...help us..it so frustrating.

Alright so by changing FPS-Limit to 30 it fixed it for me. it wasn't a coincidence since a changed it to 30 and finished a race then i changed it back to 60 and tada it crashed. They really have to fix this.

We have seen in other threads that disabling msiafterburn has resolved this glitch. Please try it if you have not at this time.

I tried deleting MSI afterburn completely. It worked for like 1 race, and then i was back to the same problem. So it really dosent seem to be the solution. Especially when loads of people reply to this soloution with "We have never had afterburn installed".

Fix it.

I have the same issue, and my internet seems okay, it works on every other title.I have neabled UPnP and the NAT type is open (theicon is green so im assuming thats what it means)

I disabled Avast and it seems that it's working, maybe it will help

Im getting the same error. My network is fine in every other game, including the alpha and the two betas.

Im only getting this disconnect in a couple specific races - the Detroit hypercar race, and the Live Xtrem Series 4... Every other race/event works fine, and I dont get disconnected at all in my 10 hours of playtime. Only when I finish those two races (as of now - I havent dont all the races, but Ive done about half)

As a bonus issue, when I get this disconnect, I have to exit and restart the game, else it just gets stuck on the main menu "press a button to continue" loading screen..

The beta worked smooooothly for me, the only difference is this battle eye thingie.


Can't get past the mandatory tutorial with that error.

My graphics card is from Gigabyte... never had MSI, But the gigabyte software DOES fool around with the card, like reading temps, overclock on demand and changing fan speeds.

I tried running in windows, 30fps, disabling the logitech software, NOTHING WORKED. The last thing im trying is removing the card monitor.

They should be aware of these things at this point and make the game compatible with them, geez.

Just running the game as admin on Windows 10 solved the problem for me.

I got a live box... crash. And the contents of the live box I got on the map never got to me in the mailbox as in the beta.

I got a timer where the narrator sends me back to my home...crash. The message said "this message should not show on the live version of the game" before I was sent there on the next reboot. So... aham uhum riiiight.

I went to do the offroad trial tutorial to unlock the category... I finish the event and crash.

Just before the tutorial race crash the game showed "the servers are slow or unresponsive" for a split second. So you definitely need to EXPAND your timeout timers.

To me it seems to happen on random races, atleast I havent spotted a pattern yet. And I added the game as an exeption on avast and it seemed to have worked for like 2 hours but then it happened again and it keeps happening. I did the 40 minute hypercar race just to be disconnected and losing all my progress. I also posted a ticket to ubisoft support 2 days ago and havent heard heard anything from them.

Just my words man. Everything you just said is exaclty what im dealing with. At this point the problemt has to be on Ubisofts end. Its freaking annoying.

We aim to respond to cases within 48 hours, but this can be extended due to a high number of contacts. This can especially be the case around launch periods.

Does it matter where you finish, Athadren?

similarly I do not have overclocking software on my PC and the game crashes all the time I did 2 races yesterday in hyper car of 40 min each and the two plants in the end I tried to call Ubisoft but he gives me a series of tests to do that will unfortunately lead to nothing as usual I want to say...

I just spend 40 minutes on a ****ing race and I got this error, I was supposed to get 200k, but that's all gone now. I just wasted my ****ing time.

In the meantime, if you own the game on the Uplay client, could you please make sure to verify all game files using the following FAQ (https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/Faqs/000025650/). If you launch your game from the Steam library you should be able to find further details on how to verify your game files on the support section of their website.

Btw I'm here, because have the same Error message after races, so would like to know when it will be fixed.
It's unacceptable after each race to restart the game. I already posted a video here in other topic to let you know how does it looks.

I apologise the for the inconvenience caused for the issue, however, if you have a read through this thread there are some other suggestions outside of verifying the game files and restarting the PC that have resolved the issue for some players (and not resolved them for others), so I would suggest to try their suggestions in case any of them works for you.

It is also on the known issues list here (https://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php/1900623-The-Crew-2-Known-Issues) which means the devs are aware of it and it is something they will be looking into finding a fix to release in a patch, or we will start communicating the fix on the forums here when there is one.

The internet shortage that is not getting improved sir is not happening in other games but this is definitely going on in ubisoft games. Can the port and the rope be so strange that you can do different operations and playable on each IP dns and port? How many days the same problem does not fix anyone, even the support did not return to create support.

I bought the game recently but I can not play because whenever I finish a phase the error message 3_27ec6971_10 appears and the game comes back from the beginning again. I am very sad because I can not solve it, because I already did td that is proposed and still nothing.

Did anyone here got the issue fixed? I got the same issue and ubi support is just painfully slow. Took 4 days to reply and all they came up with is the troubleshooting list they already shared with me on initial contact itself.

Apologies for time taken to reply to your ticket. We normally advise a 48 hour time for a response, but this can increase depending on the period.

I cannot speak for the steps you have been given, we do strongly advise that you follow the steps in the Connectivity FAQ (https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/Faqs/000035320/Connectivity-Issues-in-The-Crew-2-On-PC-TC2) for the game.

If these do not work, please update your support ticket with images of your forwarded ports.
