View Full Version : "Not Responding" Since Crew 2 Closed Beta

I don't know if it's just me, but my game keeps on freezing randomly. Today with full game, i've had it freeze 3 times in less than 5-10 mins. It's gettin quite annoying, especially when apparently I'm the only one whose game is freezing out of my friends. I don't remember how game acted on alpha but if someone could help. I would appriciate it.

Have the same issue. tried everything they said on the site and sent a ticket.
Did uninstall then install it again, wich made i worse, could not even get thru a race of 2 min before everything froze up, been having this issue since launch on gold edition..

I have the same problem, no issues what so ever under closed beta and open beta, but now... game is almost unplayable
Have to do a hard reset every 10-15 minutes of play

Same here. The game wasn't crashing on beta. Now can't play 10 min without randomly close and sending error to ubi grrr:mad::mad:

Hello, everyone. Based on the hardware you have in your computers and the settings you have in game, is the game running normally outside of these freezes? If the game is generally running oddly with low FPS and then eventually crashes that might give me clues to the cause of your issues.

There are a few steps that I'd recommend generally for freezing issues. Please first try verifying your game files in Steam (https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335) or Uplay (https://support.ubi.com/en-US/Faqs/000025650/Verify-Game-In-Uplay?fallback=en_GB) depending on where you own the game.

If that doesn't help, you should then try running your computer in selective startup (https://support.ubi.com/en-gb/faqs/000025721/Disabling-Background-Application/). This may fix the issue if there's a software conflict.

Finally, while still in selective startup please try the steps in our PC crashing FAQ (https://support.ubi.com/en-US/faqs/000025513/General-PC-Troubleshooting/). The final step is to send us your system files. If you get to that step, you can leave the case number here, and we can look into those system files.

Been through all of that, nothing seems to help in any way. My case number if it makes any difference: 06563077

I have to say: I put more hours into fixing this issue without success than playing the game.

I have the same issue, but it's more of a cpu issue i've noticed, i have an i5-5200U and it crashes every 5 minutes or occasionally after an hour or two, and my friend who has an i5-6300, which he has far less freezes than me

Im running a Intel core i5 4690K wich is is on the recopmmended, and it crashes on me like u guys..

Hi all.

I have some troubles and one thing help me: i set FPS to 30 in game settings. It's not the best solution, but it's work for me.

And i think that Ubi must fix this bug anyway.

guys... i had the same problem as you guys, but what i tried today was... roll back my graphics driver, and now i have been able to play all day, with no issues at all, maybe it will work for you guys

This might be a stupid question but how do you roll it back? Just find the old version online the install that or?

Do ppl here use a xbox one controller with bluetooth adapter?

IF so; try changing ur batteries. worked for me
