View Full Version : Can't download. uPlay says, "This key is not valid in your region." Now what?

It's 1:39am C.S.T.. And at uPlay's web support site, they have a message at the top
stating they're working to fix a "Steam Key issue".

Steam? All I was given was an "Activation Code" for uPlay.

I've already opened a case with uPlay support requesting a new code. But I just wondered if anyone
else has seen this. Or better yet, found a fix.

Where did you purchase your game key for The Crew 2? We do not see any support tickets open in this account, but it may be that you made a secondary account for the forums.

I bought the Code from "CDkeys.com"

I've bought many from them & never had an issue.
I sent their service dept. a message already but no reply yet.

I just double checked on their website & noticed they have
a "region" icon right there in my face that clearly states; "Europe".

Crap.
