View Full Version : I paid for Crew Credits and 2 days later still have nothing

I have no idea how I'm supposed to get the credits I paid for. I have an Email receipt for my purchase and feel like I've been ripped off. I opened a support ticket 2 days ago and as yet it appears no one has read it. The case number is 06554850

No idea if this is the right place to post this. Had to try.

Could you please update your ticket with a screenshot of proof of purchase (https://support.ubi.com/en-us/faqs/000034693/Providing-Proof-of-Purchase/#Q1) for the credits? My order history shows nothing but I have sent a copy of the purchase confirmation Email which contains the Order ID. Pretty confused right now.

I have just checked my credit card statement and can see the payment has been taken. This really needs to get sorted out quickly now. Very annoyed.

It's kinda ******** that I have not had a single response to my support ticket after 3 days and have to try deal with this in a public forum. Starting to feel like I'm dealing with EA.

I'm so sick of being ignored. This situation has gone on way too long. I was having a great time with this game but I can no longer bring myself to play it because I have been so angered and distracted by this situation. I now want a refund for the credits that never turned up and the game itself.

Good job on still not resolving this situation. Despite me ringing you and you escalating my ticket. Best service ever. Cant wait for my refunds now,
