Hello! I buyed the Gold Edition, which should include motorsports deluxe pack! However, I do not have it in the game! And all the equipment from this set is offered to me to earn and buy! Why did not I get a motorsports deluxe pack when I bought a gold edition? Please sort out the situation. I know that this happened not only with me alone!

I have already opened all kinds of disciplines and I have a legendary level of popularity! But I never got the Motorsports Deluxe Pack!

Same issue. No answer from support since 6/26 (Ubisoft Support Ticket: 06548755)

I also created a ticket on June 26 and I still have not received a response to it!

im also having an issue with missing content but i am missing everything from the legendary motors pack that comes with gold edition, i did get the cars that come with the motorsports deluxe pack but i am missing the outfits that come with it though

Today, on July 2, and no news about the solution of this problem as it was not so and no! Developers generally are aware of the problem and are going to do something? How can you treat your customers like this? Will the problem be fixed? How much longer do we have to wait? Buyers who bought the gold edition paid for this set, and in the end got nothing! This was my first and last pre-order of the game from ubisoft!

We aim to respond to cases within 48 hours, but unfortunately due to the launch period this is currently extended.

The Support Team are certainly looking into these issues as a priority and will be in contact with you as soon as they have an update.
