Hello Uplay Support Team!

The uPlay version of the game does not currently support the Steam Controller. Currently that is one of my only ways of playing the game enjoyably, as racing games on a mouse and keyboard simply do not control well.

As for those of you in the community who say "Use GloSC" yea, I tried it for like, 7 or 8 tries, it crashes half way through the driving section of the "tutorial" every single time.

Please fix this issue before the full release is out! The Crew 1 works perfectly with it!

Hey there,

Thank you for reporting this.

Can you please create a case on the support website (https://support.ubi.com/en-gb/) and submit your DxDiag and MsInfo (https://support.ubi.com/en-gb/faqs/000026442/Submit-Dxdiag-and-Msinfo/) files for further investigation?

Thanks.

Do we have a resolve for this yet? Game is kinda slow without a controller.

I'm having the same problem. Steam overlay doesn't show up if I add the game as a Non Steam game. In the requirements of this game it says that the Steam Controller is "officially" supported, and now that I bought it I can't actually use it to play the game.

This might be a totally random fix, but can you guys please try some connectivity troubleshooting: https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/Faqs/000035320/Connectivity-Issues-in-The-Crew-2-On-PC-TC2

Can you double check that no Ubi programs are being blocked in your firewall settings too, alongside battleeye

- Cheers

I have the same issue, I really wanted the boxed version of the game, it was a more affordable from the store, but it will not work with the Steam controller, my key won't port across to Steam, adding the game as a non-steam title also fails. Very disappointed, playing with the keyboard is tough, considering we had a patch yesterday I was expecting this to be resolved. As AOD_KaosC57 (https://forums.ubi.com/member.php/1968733-AOD_KaosC57) correctly stated it clearly states "supports Steam Controller", it is irrelevant whether you are using Steam as a base of access, we where promised this and it's not happened.

Same problem here, on the release version. I have the uplay version and can't play the game from steam.
