The Warden Front Armour looks really bad, Most of the Knights are Barons and Kings, in short they are rich , the Wardens front armour doesn't look like 14th Century and also 15th Century, it should be plate mail also. In the 14th Century the Knights have the cloth in the present Warden back in the Front also where they put the Crest and Symbols .

But Making the Warden a Full Plate Swordsman will be really nice and perfect not like a cheap cloth and some piece of scrap metal pin to it.

Most of the Knights are Barons and Kings...Actually, I think you'll find most of the knights are knights.

The game isn't meant to be historically accurate. It takes place in an alternate reality where a huge apocalypse-like cataclysm happened and where a 1000 year war for resources has been raging on without end between the 3 factions. Metal is in short supply thus why the Warden looks like he had to patch his armour together with what little steel he could find.

Ahhhm no ... not really.

Look at Lawbringer. He lifes in that alternate world too and has a ton of armour.
Even every knight AI soldier has plenty of metall on their armour (helmet, chainmail, many little metall plates on their lether jacket).

You guys ever consider that maybe it's not about realism or supply but just the fact that the devs wanted to make it look like that so all the knights don't look the same. The warden style isn't full plate get over it.

If you want to discuss something, explain how a shaman bites a lawbringer?

yeah although maybe your trying to be too historically accurate except for honor is far from accurate, they even got medieval experts to play the game and they just picked it apart.

Well if you want to be reeeeeeally anal about it, let's check the game lore. It says that the Lawbringer's order have a secret metallurgy knowledge that allows them to make superior armour to the Wardens. This suggests that they a) have a better understanding of how to make armour more efficiently while keeping it light enough to move around in and b) could be hoarding/are recieving more metal for their order. The Wardens, due to either their lack of advanced metallurgy knowledge or because their role in the military is different may not be getting as much access to metal. They may also simply want to keep their armour lighter because they want mobility more so than tankiness.

The minions don't exactly have a full suite of armour so yeah, they have the basic armour of a foot solder. These people live near a Volcano and have mines set up across their lands. Out of all the factions the Knights have the most access to metal so even though everyone is struggling for resources the Knights would still be the ones most able to equip their basic soldiers with chainmail armour because of where their territory is. By the same game world logic the Samurai live in a swamp where wood is way more plentiful than raw metal ergo they wear primarily wooden armour. They wouldn't do that if access to certain resources weren't scarce for them.

Anywho, to get back to the point of the OP. This game is not meant to be some kind of super accurate historical representation of 15th/16th/whatever century knights so to complain about a lack of historical accuracy is a completely moot point.

A lot of people don't seem to realise just what the Cataclysm has done to this world..

This is not a world like today's, there is not an endless supply of metal along with the people to shape it. On top of that every man and woman they can get fighting is out there and needing some kind of armour and weapon.

Gold is not the currency of the land because who needs gold in this world? It is steel because in this world where resources are scarce and there is a seemingly endless conflict it is steel that talks. Great heroes get better armour but they are the ones who have scratched and clawed their way up and even then they are limited by supply.

That is the world our characters live in.

Well At least make the metal plates sewed properly and straight, the Lawbringer armour is pretty good, this is just a suggestion to make it look better, In History Most of the Knights are rich to be able to afford the armour. The conqueror shield and the warlords shield and armour now I noticed have improved and looks really better, hope Wardens armour would look better. Being historically accurate would attract more people who's really into Knights, most of the people read articles
and research about it.

Which is pretty good cause people will learn more History and Other Countries Culture.
