View Full Version : PC Question Uplay Games crashing

Hi,

My games on Uplay crash when I'm playing it for like 30mins or 1 hour. My games are AC3 and AC origin. I don't have any error, the game just close and I'm back to desktop.
I did a reinstall of my Win10, Uplay GPU drivers but I still have those crash.

Her is my config:
-Windows 10 last update
-Intel i7 7700HQ
-Nvidia GTX 1060 6Go
-8Go RAM
-Hard drive 7200r/m

I already tried to uninstall/install all my GPU drivers with DDU, I already reinstall Uplay and I tried to disabling the Uplay Overlay but nothing change.

I search on Internet and I don't find any solution.

Here is the error I get in the Windows event tab:
Exception code: : 0xc0000005
Application failure: AC3SP.exe
ID event: 1000


If someone have a solution it would be so nice :)

Can't say for certain, but RAM might be an issue. Otherwise, the hardware looks fine. My best guess would be conflicting software, but not knowing your system...

I have only the game and Uplay running, my pc is a MSI Laptop ge73vr. On my old laptop I had 8Go RAM also and AC3 was running good. I'm desperate , I don't know what to do anymore :(

Hmm, not sure what to suggest, in that case. The exception code seems to be some kind of access error, but that's a little beyond my skills.

I would suggest you try Ubi support - but make it clear you've already done all the un/reinstall options...

Roll your graphics driver back to 391.85 (I think) on the Nvidia website, turn FXAA off on Nvidia control panel and set priority to high on task manager, also clear standby ram using app.

Had the same problem. That fixed it no crashes since.
