What happened to the forums? I am gone for the weekend and I come back to all these threads about people importing women from Dubai to give people a good time. For the moderators reading this, you are moderators, I presume that you have the ability to remove or ban people like that and remove their threads. I have read the rules and those threads are breaking a bunch of rules such as the rules about

No Spamming "Repeatedly posting the same post or topic in a forum, or across multiple forums, is considered spamming. Such posts will be locked, edited or removed. Intentional off topic or nonsense posting is also likely to be considered spam and will receive the same treatment, especially if this takes an existing thread off topic. This applies to both written text and image posting which also includes Meme's."

External Content "Anything linked to from these forums must follow by the same rules as any content directly posted here. This includes signature images, links and images.",

Inappropriate Content "Gamers of all ages are welcome to view these forums. As such, any posts containing; profanity, obscenity, insults, personal attacks, accusations or abusive language will be edited or deleted and will result in a warning or, in severe or persistent cases, a ban from the forum."

Stay on Topic "Please make sure your post is going in the correct forum. We have specific forums for each game, some of them with their own Off Topic area or Community Help section. Threads that are off topic, or become so, may be moved or locked."

And Language "As this forum is managed by Ubisoft US and UK teams we ask that all posts on this board are made in English so we can effectively moderate. Ubisoft official forums are available in other major European languages, you can find these linked from your local Ubi.com. We also ask that you avoid txt spk or posting in all caps as this can be considered rude or make posts difficult to read."

So why are these posts still here? By all these rules these threads should be removed and all of the posters banned. Also, these quotes on the rules are copied and pasted from the Forum Rules thread posted by Black_Widow9 and Tully__, I do not take credit for the creation of these rules or quotes under the copyright law and all credit should go to Black_Widow9 and Tully__. Now that is over with let's get back on the path. So why are the mods not doing anything about this? These posts shouldn't be here and shouldn't belong on a forum unless it is on some perverted forum. This is a wake-up call for all of us, imagine the vibe we are giving off to everyone who is considering buying this game, imagine how they would feel if they came to this forum for the first time and saw this? This is a sign that we all need to take responsibility and take care of this ourselves.

Consider this post a report to all the threads created in the last 10 hours as of 9:10 AM CST.

This is the problem with the community, you guys get so caught up in the present you guys don't think about the future. It is a simple butterfly effect, you guys don't care about spam, which in turn makes you don't care to report certain threads, which doesn't allow the mods to take notice, which in turn affects the overall sales of the game by giving the people doing research a bad view of the community, which in-turn makes Ubisoft completely obsolete and eventually go bankrupt one day at a time.

Buddy, this whole forum has been subject to the exact same level of spam you just noticed, for well over a year now. Countless people have spoken up about it, and yet here we are.

This isn't news mate, it's the norm.

Woah, Hey welcome back Tundra.

Thanks mate, but "back" might be a stretch, I mostly just stalk the Skull & Bones forum, and check in here every once in a while.

Whoa there buckaroo. You're a relative newcomer to this forum judging by your join date so I understand why you'd be surprised by the sheer volume of spam but most of us regular users see this every other week or so. We've been reporting it and commenting on it for more than a whole year now and the reply we get from Ubi is that "we're doing the best we can." Heck, we actually got told by a head moderator to stop commenting on the forum spam like were nothing more than an annoyance to them for going on about it.

Here you go:

https://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php/1817286-So-no-mods-gonna-fix-the-spam-in-forums

Ubisoft only has itself to blame for this forum frequently being drowned in spam for well over a year now. Other major video game forums with games much more popular than For Honor do not have this problem.

This has been a long running problem and while it may be slow moving, we're actively working on a permanent solution. As far as mods, we can only get to these as fast as we can. Once we see it, we clear it out. We don't have 24hr coverage, but we try to get it as quick as possible. I'm going to go ahead and close this up, but we'll continue to work on this problem.
