One of the beauty about the AC series is that the setting is set in old ancient cities and landscapes.
You really feel you're in 1300 and 1400 AC.
AC2's setting was reaching the point where the cities were too modern, and it did not feel as beautiful than AC1.
What I worry is that AC3 will be even more modern and the beauty of the ancient cities will be less existent.
AC2 Brotherhood already seems similar in terms of age compared to AC2, so too late to complain for that game.

But I speak for the 3rd sequel, who agrees? Opinions?

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks so too.
Whilst I love AC2, running across the red-gold rooftops of Florence just did not feel as powerful as ancient Jerusalem, Acre etc. and AC2 had bland environments when horse-travelling- just endless plains of green grass, unlike AC1 with its untamed rocky terrains, high cliffs, etc.
But since AC3's going to be most likely all about Desmond, I doubt we'll be going back in time...just a simple guess.
