Has anyone noticed that with all the hyper armor that characters have I feel like deflect has turned into a damage trade then a true counter to a lot of characters? I am not really *****ing just a observation I noticed on my Orochi. Parry seems like the safer option for some classes.

Definitely... And he can't really afford the trade!

I love the idea behind him with all the risk/reward but lately I'm finding the hyper armour really kills the concept, I always thought this guy isn't going to get a whole lot in with almost no openers, but he will interrupt, and have an answer to a lot of attacks, even if missing the window almost kills him. I think deflect needs to stop a chain dead in its tracks.

Agreed, the enemy shouldn’t still be throwing out attacks after just being deflected

I agree, deflect should stop a chain. I guess my point is, when they made the deflect I do not think they planned on adding so much hyper armor and breaking the mechanic (my opinion).

Deflect breaking a chain would fix that.
