Hi, i'm getting an error when trying to connect via pc 7_00000005, are the servers down?

I know that many games are down for maintainence but For Honor isn't in the list.

As far as I can tell there shouldn't be any issues with the servers right now. Could you try again, and if the problem persists, message our Support Team at https://support.ubi.com ?

I got the same issue too, today and yesterday... It starts with "failed to synchronize achievements." even though my internet connection is working. To fix it for me, I just hit "Skip", let it try to connect, it fails, then exit the game, exit UPlay, start over and it just magically works. Really annoying though.

Should be noted that if I try to exit Uplay without skipping the synchroinzation, and just try again, it will continue to fail until I do this.

I am getting the same error message 7-00000005, servers unavailable

It would be really helpful for their support to track down the issue if you could give more informations:
- location (which country you connect from?)
- connection type
- ISP (your provider)

I had the same issues in the last 2 days.
- connecting from germany
- 150mbit ipv6 cable connection
- Unitymedia

Hey guys,

Just a little followup, there's currently a degradation with some of our Ubisoft services. This may prevent access to the game, but hopefully we can get this resolved ASAP.

I'd recommend getting in touch with https://support.ubi.com about this. As this thread is a necro and wasn't originally about achievements issues, I'm going to opt to lock it. Here are some resources that may be helpful depending on your platform:

Xbox:
https://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/troubleshooting/troubleshoot-achievements-challenges

PlayStation 4:
Go to [Trophies] and press [Options] > [Sync Trophies With PSN]

For PC, again, support.ubi.com is your best bet. :)
