The title explains my problem, is there a way to refund my steel? I just wanted to try him in practice mode.

I recommend you follow this link and contact Ubisoft Support directly. While I personally haven’t had this problem, I think there have been cases in the past where other users have reported they’d like a refund for whatever reason and Ubisoft support has helped them out. Be wary that sometimes it could take a few days for the support team to reply as they are highly busy most times, and if after a few days you haven’t had a reply I then recommend you send them another message through your already opened ticket/case and also PMing one of the forum mods with your case number and issue and they will personally follow it up with the Support team and prompt them to reply to you quicker.

How could u do accidently buy? If u push Recruit also needs to confirm.. As far as i know u can try all DLC heroes in practice mode without buying them.

Don’t u have to hold the button for a certain amount of seconds ?? How did you accidentally hold the button for that long?. Maybe you just didn’t like him as much as you thought so you’re lying to get your money back.
