more than a year ago someone posted a trailer for what I remember was a tv documentary for a local tv channel in texas. The show was going to be called Aztec Eagles or something like it. The trailer was seen by many members on this forum but then there were no more news released. I still have the trailer in my hard drive and that's all I know. Any info on this one?

A plastic modelling article I stumbled across on the 'net inspired me to make this skin:

The guy's name is Nick Medrano. That trailer is for a movie he was trying to get done for HBO and he was using the it to try and sell the idea.
He is in contact with one of the FAEM pilots by the name of Giallardo in Texas and I corresponded with him to get information for an Aztec Eagles campaign for FB.
I have done all the skins for the Aztec Eagles (5) and I can put them on my web page if you want them. I was hoping for a Phillipines map in the last patch, but it didn't happen. Maybe I can come up with something.
Look *here* (http://jyarbrough.homestead.com/Photo_Gallery.html) and you will see the skins at the bottom of the page.

If your ships get sunk/attaced in the pacific you aren't gonna fight in europe are you? No you are going to protect your ships more http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

by the time the squadron was combat ready there was no reason to send them to Europe. They were much more needed in the Pacific

Actually they were confiscated German and Italian cargo ships which happened to be in port in Mexico and the Mexican Government confiscated them from the Axis powers. Then the Germans sunk them.
The exiled Spanish government defeated by Franco was operating from Mexico at the time, so their leanings were already towards the Allies. They sent one squadron overseas as a symbolic gesture, and most of their forces were occupied patrolling their own borders.

Brazil did the same thing, and their Air Force did go to Europe.
