You emailed me to say that you had noticed suspicious activity on my account and that I should change my password. 1) your change password process is flawed. After you change the password you are prompted to log-in but that gives a Login Error. It took several attempts and probably 5 minutes before it was successful. You shouldnt prompt for a login if it takes time to propagate the change. That just leads to more confusion and worry. 2) if you cannot guarantee the security of my account then I want to close it. But I cannot find anything in account management to close my account. i want you to delete all my personsl information and unsubscribe me from all future mailings. You should provide these options and make them easily available, as a responsible internet service provider.
