As we were told, a bunch of planes will be coming out...SADLY, no word about Hs-129.

The D-3 is nice, but those two peashooters in the wings don't do that much. Can we get at least a D-5? The upgrade to the 20mm cannons should allow it to hold it's own.
Beside, you get a "new" plane with MINIMAL changes...

Again...I CAN'T BELIEVE that we are at the end of the 2nd year of this "the most realisitc Eastern Front FlighSim" (more or less) and there is NO Hs-129 in sight...

Erm...actually the pit of the Hs-129 is being worked on. There was discussion of modifying the Ju-87D-3 to a D-5 but I don't know what was ever decided. Jippo said that the bombsite on one of his Ju-88s also went into the D-5,and so it could technically be transferred to that model. If it'll ever be done,I don't know. Hope this helps.../i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

should be very nice to fly a D-5...it would be nice to see what it can do vs a Il-2...now that it will have the punch also.

LukeFF says he is going to start the Hs 129 cockpit within the next two weeks. I'm sure once he gets going, it'll progress very quickly.

Actually FB *IS* the most realistic. Keep making suggestions, though. It'll all help make things even better in future sims.

We're stuck in the year 2003 with limited resources. Forgotten Battles is "still" stuck with pancake disc trees, no horses, no infantry, no mission dynamic triggers, no configurable mission wind/temperature conditions and no small arms fire (from the non-existant infantry).

The D-5's had longer wings then the earlier versions, so I gather this is what would be holding up its release.

Heheee, here it comes...thanks.
Those peashooters from D-3, B-2 were not up to the task...maybe if we could swap them for a couple of ShKAS...
