Hi all,
I'd be interested in creating a model of plane and importing it into IL2.

Although I have a very good idea on how to use 3Ds to model the plane, I don't have a clue of what tools are available to import the plane in the game itself, or even if it is possible.

If you know where I can find more info on this, please let me know.

Thanks in advance for your help.

No can do I'm afraid; IL-2 has closed code, and 1C won't allow anyone to customize it.

You can try to get a model into the game though; go to www.netwings.org (http://www.netwings.org) .

Burning_stick,do you have 3DMax? If you think you have the experience, you could always do a model for FB and submit it to Oleg. Be sure to follow the requirements and check with Gibbage though....
