I purchased the basic physical copy and the season pass off of the playstation store and its not activating. I waited 24 hours and purchased a steel pack for $10 which also isnt showing up. I tried the safe mode database thing , restart, primary device selection, liscenseing thing but its not in my library or notifications. When i look up the season pass in the store it says already purchased(no dl under options). Also the in game store tab says theres no steel packs for purchase even though theyre for sale in the playstation store. Anyone had this happen to them?

Hi SemperFortis201! Please try restoring your PS4's licenses (http://manuals.playstation.net/document/en/ps4/settings/license.html), which is sometimes useful in downloadable content related issues.

If this doesn't bring any results, I'd definitely open a ticket with https://support.ubi.com . You may wish to attach proof of purchase to your ticket to accelerate the process. Our technical support team will help you out as soon as they can!

I already tried that. I have a troublecall in and a post in community help but havent gotten a response. An hour on the phone with playstation didnt help either. The copy i had was physical. I ended up having to buy the digital copy on psn after that the steel and season pass applied. Hopefully when they respond i can get something for having to buy the game twice for it to work. Thanks for your quick response.

No problem! I'm sorry this situation occurred. Are you going to try to refund the physical copy? That would basically have to be a conversation between you and the retailer that sold you the disc. I'm not too sure whether the PSN Store will be able to provide a refund in this case.
