I'm waiting for a support answer - 500 helix and 3 skill points are missing.
Ticket created 29.10. At 1.11 I send screen my UBIlauncher, ingame shop and copy document (proof that I have a game purchased collector edition) and I do not have 500 helix and 3 skill point. And missing "ambush at see" mission too. Until now... no response.

I have finished the main story and I am level 40 and I didn't even get my bonus ability points nor 500 helix credits, for some reason I got 200 Helix credits.
I did get the Ambush at the sea mission but it is gone now, because of a bug in the game.

I am sorry to hear that you have not received a response on your support ticket. Customer Support will do their best to reply within 48 hours of a ticket being submitted, however due to the high volume of contacts received this has not been possible.

Can you please confirm your ticket reference number and I will chase this up for you.

In regards to the 'Ambush at Sea' quest, this has been disabled due to issues.

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive your Helix Credits or Ability Points.

Can you please submit a support ticket (https://support.ubi.com/en-gb/) along with your proof of purchase and Customer Support will look into this for you.

Missing 1000 Helix points, and I phoned and an escalated ticket was made. The help desk could confirm that this was indeed missing, still nothing. Paying almost €80 and for this kind of support, I start to regret not sticking to Steam instead. :mad:

I am also still waiting for my 500 helix points and 3 skill points. I filled in a ticket 3 weeks ago but I still have not received any of the points. It says they are working on it but it has been saying that for a week now.

I even got those thinks not. The Support is not really interessted to work on this. We already Paid for it...
I created the Ticket at 2.11. but just got 2 times a message that they will work on it.

If Ubisoft don't want my Money it is OK, the next time I will look for keysellers or anything like that

It's funny how many of us have this issue but they haven't done anything yet. We're just waiting. And I don't understand why they ask us for screenshots of the e-mail confirmation and in-game when we bought the Gold Edition from their store. Can't they check our accounts?

Support sucks like always.
