Layla's Cave Enter the Animus bug

I just exited the gear menu accidentaly into laylas cave and now I can not go back into the animus, I have been stuck in the cave for an hour now and can not continue playing, someone help please, I searched everywhere online and found no help...

I am sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue.

Can you please provide the following:

. A video of the issue to show that you can no longer enter the animus
. Confirm the name of the last quest you completed
. Confirm the level of your character
. Confirm if you encountered a crash after you left the animus

My level is 30, the mission i don't know after i kill the Crocodile and i exited accindentally in the gear menu to layla. i find all clue the cave but the on the animus not activation.. i found Bayek's tablet and i go outside, maybe start the cutscene.. nothing. i start a new game but this is so frustrated. :/ i make tomorrow a video this problem.. i hope find you a solution and. i continue my game in level 30 :)

I am having the exact same problem on the PS4. I am highly getting pissed off at Ubisoft because their software is JUNK and their Support is a ****ing JOKE!!! I've tried calling them on this issue only to find out that they Exclusively answer online chat only and when I did that NO ONE REPLIED!!! n It's been over 3 hours and 45 minutes of wasting my time with their piece of **** game that doesn't work like it's supposed to!! I don't thin k I'll ever buy another Ubijunk game ever again!!! Thank you for wasting my time and my money *******s!!!!

I have the same problem. I found other posts about it but no solution yet from support or forum.

Did you find the solution ? It is frustating.

This appears to have been originally reported back in November and we have had several duplicate threads posted.

I apologise that there has been no further updates on this.

I am locking all of the threads regarding this issue and will keep one open. Can you please go to the following thread:

Then can you post the answers to the following questions:

. Confirm which platform you play the game on
. Confirm the name of the last quest you completed
. Confirm the level of your character
. Confirm if you encountered a crash after you left the animus or if you had quit the game
. Confirm which patch update you had installed when the issue first occurred and confirm if you have tried the game again since installing the latest update

Can you also provide a video of the issue to show that you can no longer enter the animus.
