Hi,

I install a fresh Windows 10 system + fresh install of the game. I managed to play a first time yesterday but since today, i have this error message which appears when i launch the game. If i check in the Uplay log, i have this :

I would like to play at this game quickly and i don't understand where come from the issue.

Hi,

I have the same launcher_log error as you mentioned.

Just bought the game on Uplay, downloaded, installed, pressing Play - then the window appears and immediately closes - game not launching at all.

Already tried to run as admin, game is installed in primary SSD with my OS, all drivers updated, running on Phenom II X6 1090T 3.6GHz, MSI R9 280 3G, 8GB RAM, Win7.

I wonder if it's the problem with my older CPU, but I can run 100% of games on good quality, so why not this one.

Tried to contact Ubisoft support, but still no reply.


Why am I paying for the game when I can even launch it? Hallo? Where is the Ubisoft help? :mad: :mad: :mad:

Every time I Click on "Play" it loads the splash screen and tells "Unable to start the game.Product cannot be activated now please try again later". I have Uninstalled and Reinstalled ACO but still I get this problem every time & installed on C drive to nothing seems to work. Please some say the fix for this problem?

@v4news Have you tried verifying the game files in Steam then running both Uplay and Steam as administrator?

Any luck with you guys?

This just started for me last night, and no luck till now. been on chat support with Ubi, and was advised to delete the files under the ownership folder, and uninstall reinstall uplay, but no luck still. I've redownloaded the game 3 times the whole night. still no luck.

Any help, advice would be much appreciated.
