View Full Version : AC: O Will Not Start

I turn on Uplay, browse to AC:O and click play game, dialog box opens up saying starting game and syncing cloud. The box goes away and nothing happens. I have tried running as admin with no luck. I have uninstalled and installed again with still no luck. I tuned off my anti-virus(Kaspersky) with no luck. Installed on a friends computer and it works just fine.

Windows 10
AMD R9 390X (17.7.2 drivers)
16GB RAM
AMD X4 965

What do your friend has as system specs?

There is another topic going on for this issue.. Alot of poeple affected by this.

He has a i7 7700k. So a brand new CPU compared to mine.

I am assuming that my problem is the Phenom Processor like everyone else. This should either patched and if not I want a refund. This was not stated in the Minimum Specs that SSE4.2 was required. my Phenom X4 965 has no issues with Tomb Raider, Titanfall, Division or Far Cry.
