Anyone use one? The one with throttle, mix and prop pitch levers looks nice, but I'm used to a joystick - pros/cons?

Are their pedals worth getting too? I have a rocker on my current stick for rudder control.

All CH Products generally have a good rep.

A yoke.....not quite WW II/Combat unless you're a bomber pilot.

If you're looking for something other than a joystick, consider Saitek X-45. Tons of programmable buttons. Great bang-for-the-buck. More like fighter controls than a yoke.

Just my .02

The yoke won't cut it in this game. It's great for Flight Simulator, but you simply can't make the moves you need to make in a fighter w/ the yoke.

I think it's mainly a question of being used to it. I have a Fighterstick from CH and all I can say is, that CH PRODUCTS are really, really reliable.

Infact mine is almost 10 years old now and still more precise than my new X45.

Considering the fact the P38 hat a yoke, too, I don't think it would be useless for IL2FB.

I would not rather have another stick other then the CH F-16 combat stick and pro throttle... Thrustmaster cougar does not even compare to the CH..The smoothness of the stick is un-matched by any of the other sticks on the market.. Think what you want until you've owned one!!!!

I've owned a Cougar and now CHProducts combat stick and throttle. IMHO don't touch the Cougar for FB, get a full set of CH gear.

I have the Fighterstick ,Throttle, pedals, and the Yoke. The Yoke is not good for dogfighting, and the Fighterstick is not great for flying a 747. Use them according to what kind of flying your going to do. Using a Yoke for planes like the H-111 would be ok.
