Ok im getting major slowdowns when i play Prince of Persia.
Thank you i hope that my problem could get fixed, considering the fact that other ppl with low-end graphics cards are getting better performance than me!
Is there a way to force lower Pixel Shader (kinda like Halo)?

I run the game with:
800x600
Water Effects: Off
Fog Effects: On
Shadow: Low
Details: Medium
Trilinear
VSync

Im using NVidia ForceWare 53.03 for my GeforceFX 5200 128mb, on my P4 2.4C (800Mhz bus), 512mb DDR 400, 80GB 7200rpm, 865PE Motherboard, on my Samsung 172T LCD monitor running at 60Hhz.

Well its supposed to be the BEST lowest entry graphic card!
I have the "MSI GeforceFX 5200 TDR128"!!!
Other than that, most people with low end Geforce 4 cards are getting better results! Could it be something from the actual game... that perhaps a PATCH could fix?
Cause there are slow downs... with Mainstream cards as well! Even on the XBox version (My uncle has the XBox version, and gets slow downs at certain points in the game)!

Saeid.

well... the GeforceFX 5200 are not good cards, and Geforce 4 Tis are excellent cards, they were untouchable in their days so don't even think about comparing FX5200 to a geforce4 TI.

My guess is there will be a patch very soon, a lot of people are having problems with their R9800s and if there is a patch your problem might be fixed along with it.
