Don't believe your wrong. LE slats should be slid out on the deck. Now they used to stick a bit in the old A-3 Skywarrior and wouldn't deploy properly but I don't think this is modeled in the game.. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-happy.gif

Well, I'm torn between saying "Hey, you are on the ground and not moving!" - and "Thanks for that observation!"

Not sure which you'd prefer. Let me know.

I want my money back http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif Interesting observation. Your SA is better then mine, but then again, everyone's SA is better than mine. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/blink.gif

Having actually "manipulated" http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-tongue.gif the slats on a couple of Buchons (RollsRoyce Messerschmitts), they will stay in EITHER position on ground. Check photos. Not at all like F-86 and Sabreliner where you have to really lift them to close'em, then they SLAM down when you let go. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-mad.gif (I'm NOT bitter about it . . .)

From pilot's comments in 'Warbirds Worldwide' (the pilot was, I beleive, the late Mark Hanna), the slats could easily be moved by finger pressure. I just mention it in case anyone is wondering whether the slats you manipulated were faulty, Huck.
