When you start the game console appears BattlEye launcher with the following:
20:46:55: Starting BattlEye Service...
20:46:57: Launching game...
20:46:59: Note: File blocks can be ignored if they don't cause problems with the game.
20:46:59: [INFO] Blocked loading of file: "C:\Windows\System32\d3d9.dll".
Because of this, I can't log into the game. How can I fix it?

Can you please create a case on the support website (https://support.ubi.com/en-gb/) and submit your DxDiag and MsInfo (https://support.ubi.com/en-gb/faqs/000026442/Submit-Dxdiag-and-Msinfo/) files for further investigation.

hi buddy ! are you using mac with windows bootcamp? cause i get the same problem .
