For about 4 days now I haven't been able to play siege cause my game will freeze but I can still hear everything going on. that's the only game I have the problem with.. does anyone know how to fix this

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue.

Can you please follow the PC connectivity troubleshooting (https://support.ubi.com/en-gb/faqs/000023138/Connectivity-issues-in-Rainbow-6-Siege/) guide and make sure your drivers are all up to date?

If you are still experiencing this issue after following the above steps, can you please create a case on the support website (https://support.ubi.com/en-gb/) and submit your DxDiag and Msinfo files for further investigation.

If you recently installed new video drivers which I just did, the issue seems atleast for me to persist after every nvidia driver update. My fix so far has been to reinstall the game after each update. If its the same problem as mine, you will be playing occasionally get a graphics lag not an fps drop then within a few minutes the screen freezes and you cannot alt-tab or minimize. only solution being restarting your PC. So hopefully this fixes it again for both of us if not it has to be something Ubisoft has to do with GPU possibly. I am using a 1080ti and this is the only card I have had that does this. My 1070s and 980 before did not have this issue.
