View Full Version : My account it's been hacked and get a perma ban

Hello, my name it's Juan, im from Argentina and i got A BIG TROUBLE

I received an email from Ubisoft giving me notice that my account had been banned, I was baffled by this situation because I did not play for almost 3 weeks, at the moment of receiving the mail I was traveling without possibility to enter my Uplay account, To my house and I open my account and I see that everything was and changed (Nickname) and deleted all my friends from the account, my original name is Juankurtis97 and the name which the hacker put is KiXs.DAD, please I do not know what to do, I received a PERMABAN for something I did not do, hacked my account and clearly used hacks on it and received a permanent penalty, I did not play for almost a month and to top it all I have no way to claim any, I need help please , I do not know how to solve this, somebody came to my account, I use hacks and I change my name by a false name, HELP!

One of my best friends play with me R6 and his nickname is Fexofe, he's one of the witnesses
