I've finished a few missions, and test flown them. I thought somebody here might be interested in trying one of them out.
If so PM me your e-mail and I'll send it your way. The mission text is sort of hacked from another mission. I'm not good at that part, and can't say I'm good at mission making. I think I make them too hard although thats how I enjoy them.

Anyway the mission is an attack on a finnish airfield. It has hidden targets as well. I-16's for escort, and well being a slow I-153 about every town you fly near has something to shoot at you. I enjoy catching a little random flak when flying behind enemy lines personnaly. It makes all the in between time less dull.
You typically lose 1 or 2 planes in your flight of 4 before reaching the objective.
Both your airfield, and the target airfields are active with vehicles driving around. Stuff cruising the roads, and there's aircraft you might come across that really have nothing to do with the mission. They're just there to make it seem like your not the only one fighting the war.
I test fly all my missions at least a dozen times or more so it has no quirks. The AI doesn't crash into the ground for no reason etc.

Anyway I'd like some feedback. Tell me what you think what you would like to see more of or less of. I know the AAA is a pain in the rear. Especially when your cruising along and your wingman takes a direct hit from an 88 and vaporises.

On my last test of it I got the objective after a second pass, and then went to help the I-16's out with the Fiat's. I managed to get two of them with my 4 machine guns lol. One flamed in, and the other I think I hit the pilot as I was down to ammo in only two machine guns, and he was leaking fuel. After my last burst on him it was like he just stoppied flying, alowly rolled onto his back, and dove into the ground.

Anyway PM if you want to give it a try. When I get about 50 missions done I'm going to turn them into a campaign.

Since the mission files are just basically text, and usually fairly small unless you're similating all of WW2 in each mission, there's nothing stopping you posting it here in a message. Just open it in Notepad and copy and paste the .mis file contents into the message.

The average DXDiag tech support posting is longer than just about any mission I've seen made :>

Don't be shy about posting them! You can always just edit the message to make changes :>

I would however suggest you post them over in the mission builders forum rather than GD.
