View Full Version : Your new actualization has deleted my progres

After the new actualization, that happened on my ps4 this 28/06/2017 at 15:20 you have deleted all my progres in for honnor.
After it ended actualizing the game asked me to choose a faction, to create an emblem and even to do the tutorials.

12 reputation in total. 8 scavenger boxes and about 4kk in iron.

What the **** is wrong with you and your ****.

If i don't get my progres back u have a player less.

Your servers and upgrades have been a joke since the begining and now this is totally extreme.

I also encountered the "new actualization" on my xbox one today (6/28/17 @ 9:30am EST) and all of my progress, characters, items, purchases, reputation, and steel is gone.

Please resolve this asap

I understand how frustrating this is for you. Last thing you want is all your progress to be lost but I hope we can find out what has happened and hopefully get a resolution. If you haven't done so already, can you contact our Customer Support team via the link below.
