Warning: thread may contain spoilers

This may not be the proper forum to post this in, but does anyone know a good place to get a summary of the plots of each AC game (especially the modern times story line)? Is there a better/more in-depth source than wikipedia?

I haven't played all of the games, and I didn't fully understand the modern story line in the games that I have.

I'm not sure if the plot will be continued in Origins, but I would like to catch up with it in time for release.

Thanks for any advice!

Not exactly summary but here's a compilation of almost all games present time events

AC
AC 2
AC Brotherhood
AC Revelation
AC 3
AC Unity

Some audio or written logs

AC 4 (not yet because I haven't got a particular scene I want to add in)

AC Syndicate (not yet, not sure why, lol
Need to check later)

Enjoy!

I remember describing the AC story to a friend one time. It took me nearly 30 minutes to cover the basics... and that was in 2010, right after AC2 came out... :p

Nah, there's a lot of lore, to be sure, but some of it is definitely more important than others. The games, during the Desmond saga, used to have a little "Previously On" type of segment. I kinda wish that came back, or was at least an option. Might help more casual fans be more engaged in the overarching story.

Previously only works if it's directly connected to each episodes like Desmond's experience.

If what they say is true about a new trilogy, then we might see it again. :)
