As per title, anyone have the compensation they mentioned in the Warriors Den livestream today for the lack of Rewards earlier in the week? Details here http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php/1693042-Compensation-due-to-lack-of-Rewards-(17th-19th-of-June)

Nothing has shown up for me yet.

Try restarting maybe? To my knowledge, everyone affected should have received it without exception.

If you still aren't seeing your 2 melee packs send in a ticket (https://support.ubi.com/en-us/Games/4315) and then let me know right away with your ticket #. I'll break some backs if I have to.

Okay, have restarted, twice, and still received no compensation, so here is my Support ticket number: 04891002

Ok you should have them now. :) Anybody else missing their packs please send in a ticket and give me the ticket # (can't guarantee it'll be as fast as Gray's because there's only so many arms I can twist, but I'll get it done and make sure you get your packs)

I play on Xbox One and I got 3 day champion status instead of the melee packs...

Gave it to my guy! He went out to dinner but it should be handled relatively soon (tonight sometime). I'll check back in with you tomorrow to make sure you got it!

Still no rewards @UbiNoty . I reported this over 12 hours ago, and since your customer service blew me off with no response....... I'm here yet again.....getting tired of this.

All players were supposed to get 1 crate and 3 days champion status afaik. Xbox players got 2 crates because they had twice the problems.

Just to add on here, if you didn't receive the items, but have created a support case they should be getting to it pretty soon. There may be a small delay due to a high amount of request, but we can check on the status of any cases if needed as well.

Well, never mind I guess @UbiNoty . Apparently I don't qualify for the 2nd warriors box. I have played every day since release, and I reported both outages both in tickets and on this board..... but apparently i was not logged in during the hours. Considering the horrendous track record customer support has, I'll believe what I know I did and what you guys can not provide further information for.

This is a complete joke. Even if I hadn't logged in, And I know I did. What's to say that I didn't want to play, read the boards, and instead went to do something productive. Did you guys NOT have the failure? Did you guys NOT have a time when people couldn't get rewards? So why then, am I not able to receive the compensation that you guys had said was going to be present?

Apologies for the delayed response. Unfortunately I'm not available at all hours and while I tried to handle as many as I could in a timely manner, I did say I couldn't promise as fast a turnaround for everyone.

Responses to tickets can often take days (or even longer) depending on traffic and a response from support within 24-hours is quite good.

I'll apologize for not being able to get to you earlier as I was away and I'm sorry for the fact that you aren't eligible for the compensation but unfortunately there's not much I can do about that from my end.

I opened a ticket as well. I'm not sure about the crates(don't think I received them, but I had some saved up, so not sure), but positively did not get champion status.

I didn't get my 2 crates on Xbox one, this just adds to the 30 days I never received with my season pass. For over as month I was talking to support who treated me like an idiot

Nothing here either. Tired of opening tickets. I'll just take the loss. It feels like we spend more time opening tickets than playing the game.
