I have tried attaching the camera with duct tape but it keeps falling off. And not only does it look tacky, it leaves big tacky marks around the edge of the frame. The montitor edge is 1" wide.

Does anybody have a pic of a solution to securing the camera to the edge of the monitor?

Many thanks.

You want it on the edge? or the top?. I have TrackIR mounted on the top of an LCD monitor. I slightly bent the legs of the TrackIR base and have the rear leg running down the back of the monitor with the 2 front legs straddling, or rather hanging, over the front. Initially, it seemed a bit precarious, but has worked just fine for almost a year now.

I'll try to scrounge a pic when I get home.

Thanks Thunderbolt. On the top is where I'd like to put it. My good friend Gurypuddle is making me a boom which will fit on my headset. I have been fiddling with my TrackIR for about 3 months now and its only in the past week I have been able to get it working properly. I can see why there is no going back.
