From what we've been hearing, there may have been something squirrely with your installation of FB. Do a clean install of FB and then AEP should install with no problems.

Also, install FB 1.0 to the default folder they offer, you know...

C:\programfiles\...ubi\il2sturm.....bla bla

Then install AEP...AEP needs to see FB in its default ubi install folder.

Later you can move it or copy it to C:\FB and play there (especially if you mess something up).

Ignore all previous Patches.

FB and FB upgrades were installed correctly. Eveything was fine.

AEP installed according to the install package.

Any other ideas?

S!
Do you use a CD-RW drive? That may be causing some of the problem.

Here is the solution:

1) Uninstall FB

2) If you already installed AEP, Uninstall it.

3) Install FB V1.

4) Install AEP

Is anyone runing two versions of FB (v1.22 and v2.0) ?

I'd like to do this but ran into a small problem. I installed AEP over my v1.22 and all worked just fine. I renamed the main FB v2.0 folder then tried to do a fresh install from the FB CD of v1.0. At this point, FB recognised that there was v2.0 on my machine and asked if I wanted to do an un-install. I did not proceed any further.
