Just bought game and have just started training lvl. Experiencing wierd issues and cant seem to find same issue discussed in other threads.

Game runs fine and smooth until I get outside and then encounter problems. Basically, the game at certain points slows down to the point of almost stopping (i.e. very extreme lag) and graphics start clipping like mad. This has only happened when enemies get in very close range.

I have an Nvdia FX 5200 128 with 50.72 drivers installed. Running everything on high, turned AA setting to off on card as suggested in faq.

Also encountering some wierd graphic glitches but im not sure if that problem was fixed by turning AA settings to off on card and other problem is keeping from really testing this one.

Any insight/advice would be much appreciated.

1 gig ram
Nvdia FX 5200 128 meg

Hey,

I get the same problems. How i managed to fix them was by messing with the game video settings. my system is:

geforce fx 5700 ultra
gigabyte GA-7N400 mobo
512 meg of corsair ram (333)
Athlon 2600xp (333) barton core

It detects my machine as mid range, it does run ok with high settings but after a while i start getting graphical problems. Textures and lighting screwing up. If i set all the settings to medium it seems to be ok...i updated to the 60.?? drivers i keep seeing posted on here which improved performance to the extent that the game was playable in top settings but again i got the glitches and slowdown. I also have AA turned off.

You will have problems running it on 'high'.

You've got a 5700, deal with it! http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

The driver version your using is pretty old up grade to 56.72 at nvidia.com. The 5200 is not a good card by todays standards nor is th 5700 they may play other games half way decent but this game demands everything your hardware offers and then some. What suprises me is how shocked people are when they try to play the new titals on sub standard video cards.....if you wanna play hard and the way its meant to be played your gonna have to upgrade, I know its costly but you gotta pay if you wanna play....

Amd athlon fx 51 64 bit
Asus mobo
Radeon 9800xt 256mb
Audigy2 6.1 sound
1 gig of ram
22" black cornerstone super flat monitor
Klipse 400 watt promedia speakers
Nothing overclocked.
