View Full Version : Pricing error - No one from JD cares!

I reported a pricing error with JD Unlimited on Steam about a week ago.
My Unlimited subscription ran out, and I went to purchase the Year long subscription.
It said it was on offer at just 9, and I jumped at the chance!

When Steam came to charge me, they were trying to charge me 19.99.

I contacted the Just Dance Facebook page, and got no reply.
I also contacted Ubi Soft, who said that it was all Steam's fault, and they won't do anything to help me. I had to complain to Steam.

Reluctantly, I contacted Steam on Tuesday this week. I submitted a help ticket. It's now Saturday and no one from Steam have bothered to get back to me. However, they HAVE conveniently managed to fix the pricing issue, and have changed the price to 24.99!!! That's 15.99 more than the price I originally saw! They've still not had the courtesy to get back to me, and I feel that they have ignored my issue.

Who can I actually talk to to help fix my issue around here? Steam and Just Dance seem to ignore the issue and Ubi Soft try to blame it on someone else.

As a customer who has every JD on Wii and also the 2017 version on Steam, I feel very cheated and annoyed by this issue. I'm sure it's illegal, becuase I couldn't buy it at the advertised price, and now they have changed it.

I have screenshots of the price at 9 if required.
