.. i noticed this the other day flying multiplayer, when a bf109, in one pass shot out my number 2 engine, and killed my pilot..

.. i realized.. should the co-pilot not be able to take over? all the positions in this aircraft are `mannable`, except for the co-pilot position..

Adding it i imagine would be very simple.. since the position is already modelled as are the cockpit controls for it.. just need to have it accessable is all /i/smilies/16x16_robot-happy.gif

.. anyways.. if there`s some `secret` way to get to this position i`ve missed plz let me know.. otherwise maybe some nice person at UBI can add this to the `to do` list..

i`ll never whine about FM i promise /i/smilies/16x16_robot-happy.gif hehe .. bang up job guys.. amazing sim ..

I believe it already happans automatically, you don't have to 'switch' anything, you just recieve the 'pilot killed' message but can continue flying. My apologies as I have not had any pilot kills in 1.11 patch, but I believe in all previous patches that the aircraft such as the He-111 and Tb3 can recieve Two pilot kill messages. I would guess 1.11 is the same, it may be possible that both pilot and copilot were killed in the pass you mentioned?

This has happened to me as well, I would appreciate the co-pilot position. Also? Where is the co-pilot in the He-111`, I dont' see him, and somehow, the tail gun operates.

i don`t think so .. but maybe .. i will have to check this.. still .. it would make more sense to just allow the co-pilot postition to be one of the positions you can `cycle through` .. as it`s already modelled and everything,..
