Is the Gloucester Gladiater, Me163, and even the GO229 featured as AI aircraft in the offline campaigns? I never fly Axis, but it would be great to come across them in later `44 or `45 (perhaps late `45 for the GO229 since it never actually flew). I know Mistel isn`t in the Campaign cos it`s too complicated.

Gah... I hate this waiting... It`s driving me nuts!

(I know the Gladiater isn`t axis, hoping to see them offline in early war too http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif)

Thnx, Oleg. Looking forward to it. Perhaps later the others could feature as part of the dynamic Campaign? At least the me163 which did fly? Anyway thanx again, I`m sure AEP will be great!

OH HAPPY Days -Thanks OLEG and Stashoy - The ME163 has to be my Favorite Ride.

Im just happy that your dedication to Detail didnt go so far as to Model the effects of
T-Stuff on me everytime I get a Tank leak.

The real ME163 Pilots must have had a roller coaster ride of exhilaration and been scared senseless all at the same time. Luckily we just ge the Exhilaration side of things.

Just on the ME163 - there are a few things I have been wondering about.

Will the Critical Mach be modeled? so far there seems to be no sudden instability at 960KM/H

AI Wingman as Normal just shadow the Rotte Leader - with the ME163 They should just go into attack on there own - Not like anyone is going to creep up on your Six.

Is the Ground Friction with Landing on the Skid correct? The ME163 Had a propensity to Nose over and Flip - Extra Friction would add to that affect.
The landind Run seems short --Will have to check - I think the AI does a ground run of 200M to Land.

The Gun Ammo Meter's seem to fall to Half Way with a Quick Burst then Act Normally thereafter-This maybe Correct I have No Idea.

The AI ME163 Planes seem to Only Cruise back to Base under Power at 400KM/H and they readily get picked off by Escorts - Shouldnt they be getting back to Home Base as fast as Possible?
Even if giving them waypoints back to base at High Speed they just seem to Cruise instead.

The AI ME163 Pilots do not Exhaust there Fuel Before Landing.

The AI ME163's who have Exhausted there Fuel seem unable to get back to the Airfield and just Land anywhere else - they just dont seem to bother trying to get back Home.

The AI ME163's always seem to attack from the B17's SIX O'clock.

Is the ME163 Fuel Load Correct? With the Single Player Mission Included in AEP - I seem to have so much fuel left when I get back to Base and Have to Fly arounf for several Minutes to Exhaust it all.

Thanks so much for the ME163 and for IL2FB there is NO Competition its THE Flight Sim.
