Hey old friend.

What I posted about was that I went to a computer show and got a ViewSonic P810 Professional Series 21" monitor for $180 (I believe new it was quite expensive). It has one pixel missing I think which you cannot notice since it is down low. I've had it for awhile now and no problems at all. If it broke tomorrow it would still be the best purchase of my life. Great picture quality, better than my old 19" NEC. I get lots of compliments on this monitor but again I got it used/refurbished at a show so I would be extremely careful when if you are thinking about doing the same. Sorry I couldn't be more help. good luck friend and let me know how you make out.

I would do a search for this monitor, maybe you could find one cheap. I'm sure others would have recommendations as well and I would appreciate any input to help out a friend.

Sorry, got interupted. How much differenc do you see between the 19" & 21" ?
When looking at new units i can't really justify the extra cost, though a quick search on your moniter did turn up some good prices on refurbished units.
Ah, this is a pleasant dilema to have. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Saburo, if you have the extra cash I would definitely go for the 21". However, what is the difference in cost? I am weak so I had to have the 21', gave my 19' to my brother and there wasn't a thing wrong with it http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/crazy.gif. You don't notice the extra 2-inches that much initially (no funny comments please http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif), but after having one for awhile you will most certainly know. The cool thing about having the 21" monitor is that I feel it is the perfect size, you won't want anything bigger, and I plan to keep this one until it is completely spent. Again, it comes down to price difference but I would go with the big guy if it isn't too much. Good Luck in your search.
