Greetings all;

I hope nobody minds, but I wanted to share this with you...my son, Xavier Roland Allison! He was born 10 Aug 04...so I'm a little late, but I've been busy and haven't had much time to upload the photos!

Give him a welcome aboard if you so chose. Thanks!

He sure has changed a lot since this day...in only three weeks...they sure do grow fast don't they?

Hopefully, I can take my kid up soon like Bearcat did recently...I'm sure he'll enjoy it. Thanks for looking.

Red Russian

Edit: Well, I meant to include the pics in with the post...sorry. It worked! Sorry they're so big...I thought photobucket sized them.

Congratulations!!!!

Here i was thinking that if you played flight sims you weren't even allowed to look side ways at the other half of the spieces. Or maybe thats the other way round! http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/blink.gif

Kozhedub: In combat potential, the Yak-3, La-7 and La-9 fighters were indisputably superior to the Bf-109s and Fw-190s. But, as they say, no matter how good the violin may be, much depends on the violinist. I always felt respect for an enemy pilot whose plane I failed to down.

Will he like to fly Luftwaffe or VVS?

Thanks everyone for the kind sentiments. We appreciate them all!

Mods: You guys can go ahead and lock this so it falls to the wayside. I just wanted to show off my kid to the "extended family". I think that anyone who was going to post did so...Plus, I know this is OT big time and I don't want to take advantage of the rules.

Having said that, thanks again everyone!

PF_Talus;

I'm not from Ohio, but I'm a huge Tribe fan...even when they're not doing well! Right now I'm in Erie, PA, which is a stones throw from Cleveland. I try to make as many games as possible though. (I'm originally an Upstate New Yorker.)

Congratulations! Cute kid!

You are embarking on a sometimes terrifying, often wonderful but always worth while adventure.

In years to come you will find as I have, that one of the few things that can stop you in mid dogfight(even when you are someones six) is "Daddy can you please help me with this". Another reason I often fly online after 12:00AM!
