Amazing game ruined by horrible matchmaking

90% of every game I play is maxxed out teams vs mine of noobs, how does this happen SO often? I've played tons of games with matchmaking (LoL), but this has to be the worst I've ever seen.
Really kills the fun of the game to be a new player and only get matched against level 100s...

Yup 4v4 becomes trash pretty quickly. Understand that they match you with people FIRST. Then you pick your Hero SECOND. If this was the other way then we could enjoy the games roster. Untill then we have to suffer try-hards that have Rep 20 Peacekeepers as a Rep 0 Hero.
