I've tried posting multiple videos on the platform but they do not show up

Hi, i played Just Dance 2017 last weekend about 6 or 7 hours. And my videos didnt upload to Just Dance TV. I dont know why. Can you please help me ?

But there is one problem - support ignores my question. 3 weeks ago i contacted Russian support, 10 days - no reaction, ok, i closed case and did another claim to English support, 7 more days, and case just dissapeared, no answer, today i created third.. waiting again, chat is "gray" for me all the time, so i realy don't know how can i contact support. Meanwhile my JD2017 on Wii U not sync with online profile for 5 months, Autodances takes from week to few months to get avilable on site, and some game crashes presists =(
