Kozhedub: In combat potential, the Yak-3, La-7 and La-9 fighters were indisputably superior to the Bf-109s and Fw-190s. But, as they say, no matter how good the violin may be, much depends on the violinist. I always felt respect for an enemy pilot whose plane I failed to down.

Thanks for the kind words Ivan, and the good wishes. Mom and baby are doing great. Daddy is almost as tired as they are waiting hand and foot on them both! hehehe Just home to share the pics with the extended family, so I'm back to the hospital now. We expect to be released Saturday. I look forward to getting back to some stick time soon. Who knows when that will be! http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Grats! Crash.

I found when my son was born my "flying time" was cut from 20+ hours to maybe 5, if I'm lucky. It has done wonders for my eyesight, joints and back. But now the baby's working on ruining my joints and back. Looks like FB and babies have something in common.
