***UPDATE***

I talked to a Sony rep online.

They stated that it appears that my GOLD EDITION code was actually a DELUXE code that doesn't obviously contain the Season Pass.

Sony is escalating my case. I had to upload the GOLD EDITION paper voucher (scanned) and a receipt of proof of purchased (scanned).

The outcome = I will get a Season Pass code or it will be added to my PSN account within 48 hours.

TLDR = It appears all the GOLD EDITION games have DELUXE codes. Therefore, you need to talk to Sony.

Yeah, I was able to -- but my older brother on the other hand, they wouldn't open a case for him. He's trying again with another rep.

Make sure you have a scanned or picture copy of your voucher with the code on it, and receipt for proof of purchase.

I bought mine from EB Games and Sony told me to talk to EB or Ubisoft

did you get the physical or digital copy? i just chatted with someone at sony and told him the problem with my gold edition physical copy. didnt even ask for anything just said the code i redeemed was for the deluxe edition and said there was nothing he could do..
