Since the first game is set on Middle Age, how about a sequel set in Antiquity Age

For this season, the factions will be Romans, Greeks and Barbarians.

ROMANS
-Centurion
-Evocati
-Praetorian
-Legionary

GREEKS
-Ekdromoi
-Hypaspist
-Thorakitai
-Pezhetairos

BARBARIANS
-Berserker (Germans)
-Woad Warrior (Britannia)
-Warcryer (Celt)
-Falx Wielder (Dacian)

-----------

Then for part 3, how about cavalry centric?

Factions are Huns, Parthian and Mongols....

What do you think?

Group Roman and Greek together and add Persian.

Persian infantry are weak. They rely more on cavalry.

They are already adding centurion to this game though.

Tell me about the Immortals
And the Samurai irl, all their war basically involve ashigarus fighting each other, while samurai are mounted calvary and archer that fight on their feets in rare occasions.

If you dont want Persian, Chinese or Indian could be good idea, adding more diversity into the game.

There is a lot of potential with where ubi can go with this series if they want. I like your thinking but your Roman faction needs a little work. The romans were arguably one of the strongest empires ever known. The classes you listed are just ranks within the roman army. And we're homogeneous in the equipment they used. The Roman army was known for its structure and discipline. Combine those with its superior engineering equipment, Calvary, and support troops( javelin) they were unstoppable.

Centurion= basically a LT. or Captain in US military. In charge of legions and it legionaries
Equipment: Shield and Gladius

Evocati= a soldier who retired or served his time but reinlists. Probably similar to a Gunnery Sergeant.
Equipment= Shield and Gladius

Praetorian Guard= was the Emperors personal body guards. Like the secret service who protects US Pres.
Equipment= Shield and Gladius

Legionary= the grunts of the military. Did the majority of heavy fighting. Privates in Army.
Equipment= Shield and Gladius

Triarii
Legionary
Maybe gladiator. They weren't soldiers in army but had many different fighting styles and equipment.

How about changing Legionary to Triarii?..

How about changing Legionary to Triarii?..

If you want some diversity in style of play and equipment used, both should be considered, no doubt.

Triarii if I recall correctly is similar to the Valkyrie. They carried shield and spears. Most likely were responsible with protecting the Legionaries flanks from calvary charges.

Throw in some Roman gladiators and you can have a plethora of fighting styles and gear. Roman gladiators were assigned certain weapons with each fighting style and weapons having counters. If you ever watched starz show sparticus, the guy who played the part of crixus was a mirmillium type gladiator(shield and sword). Sparticus was a dimacheria or something called that where they dual wielded swords. They had guys who trained with spears and nets. The gladiators were taught at schools to hone their weapon skills and usually were pitted up against their counter fighter.
