We were creating a new campaign, with high altitude targets (8000m).

When trying to fly a 262 to 8000 meters or above, it will just not climb over that figure.

Tried the He-162, and the Ho229. All have the same limit. YP80 climbs OK. Propeller driven fighters also climb OK. Me-163 OK.

The other plane that won´t sustain itself at that altitude is the B-17...

I could always tone down my intentions by making everything at 6000m, but it is not the same filling.

This was an old Bug, and it was corrected before. I forgot in what patch it was corrected, but it is here again.

Tested it with 2.04, and crimea map, in stated Oleg´s testing conditions.

Won´t send mail this time because the last time I never received even an acknowledge, with the night mission bomber lights bug (It is still there on 2.04)

I know that this planes were not supposed to have been touched, but try it and you will see that they are wrong again.

Limitation of the engine .( .

Try to report it chance of fixing it is not high.

High Ground is not only more agreeable and salubrious, but more convenient from a military point of view; low ground is not only damp and unhealthy, but also disadvantageous for fighting.

The german jets have a dramatically decrease in performance over 8.000 m (~24.000 ft) in FB/AEP. Very unrealistic http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/52.gif

No, the YP~80 suffers far more than the German jets 262, 162, and 229.

Try the 80 up high, if you can. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/52.gif
