Does anyone else feel there never ever going to get through to ubi support and never ever going to get there items you paid extra money for? I feel robbed i really do how this company still exits is beyond me every game they release its like this 😂

I can't get through to chat system so I created a ticket system where I jumped threw all their hops screenshots of not getting it proof of purchase, Everything and after 4 days now haven't got a response. Of course when they looked for items off me they responded within 24 hours and now I'am just left in the dark about the situation after I supplied all they required its so very frustrating.

This is my first time having to deal with ubisoft support and I have to say its just shocking bad I've wrote back twice to the ticket over the 4 days and still waiting to find out what the hell is going on.

You've got further than me ive been trying for nearly 2 weeks and ive got no where its just a joke.
